All products are made to order. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nationofallhuman.com

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Approved claims will receive a replacement item or refund at no additional cost.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
